I’ve not got the handicap 5k on your plan, is that a race you are hoping to do? It would it in well to the schedule. Big session this so start off at 10k pace and then look to hit 5k pace for the last 4 reps. Always focus on running tall and staying relaxed.
I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)
