Just the 3 runs this week, but all real quality sessions with a purpose. Tuesday is designed specially with the handicap in mind, more details to follow on that. Robertsbridge is just one to work hard and give it your best shot (not a quick race) and Sunday we are getting the miles in again in preparation for Bewl and P2P. A decent week. Rest up Wednesday to save the legs for the Friday race.

Big session this so start off at 10k pace and then look to hit 5k pace for the last 4 reps. Always focus on running tall and staying relaxed.

Keep the long runs at a low effort level. Obviously the longer the time wears on the harder the run will become. Make sure you hydrate and take fuel with you.
