Romney Sunday? The team are going in force, would be great if you are running. Dead flat, fast course, ideal. The rest is easy. No track post Goodwood, and shorter runs on the other two days to save the legs a little ahead of Sunday. Any problems shout. Keep being a legend.

If some of the sets/reps are too demanding at first, just do what you can, you can always build up to 60s slowly. Wall sits and planks in particular can be tough, so just go to the point you feel you need to stop and repeat that time, even if it’s only 20s.

Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.

90 minutes run still hot , and Gradient easy ish run , legs are fine no niggles . I’m thinking of changing my marathon day and place I’m thinking of doing the Battersea Marathon on Saturday 24 th October ok
Great job Allan, really warm again today and so pleased you feel strong. Yeah more than happy if you want to switch up the marathon dates. Just let me know once you’ve entered one, but we can always leave it longer if you are still a little unsure.

The biggest mistake we can make with these recovery runs is running too fast. This will mean when our harder sessions come round we are still fatigued and not able to put enough effort in to make the necessary gains.

Did 40 minutes Friday instead of Thursday. , all went well easy pass heart rate low , all going in the right direction, could not run Saturday
Perfect. Love that stats and gives you some extra recovery ahead of Sundays race. See ya there.

Control what you can. The warm up, strides, getting the early pace right and staying positive when it gets tough. You got this!!

Well what can I say , I’m fit for another race ……………..”?the 20 mph win and the overpowering heat, not my cup of tea
Yeah it was tough out there today. But looking at your splits, it wasn’t a bad run, just tricky conditions, so whilst not as quick as we know you can run, lots of positives to take still. Well done Allan.
