What makes me happy is that you are enjoying your running. I think we have an opportunity we could try and improve your pace by working on your cadence a bit. But ultimately I want you to keep enjoying yourself and hopefully run some strong races across the spring and summer. Have a think about your goals and let me know.

SHORT TERM GOALS

Enjoying as many races  up to 10k and parkruns as possible around holidays and babysitting focus on improving Barry Richards time.

Keeping up the strength training.

Keeping the enjoyment and improving positive mindset going.

LONG TERM GOALS

Improving Beckley time then focusing on getting along that seafront in HHM.
