Consistency!!! The potential with you is scary and equally has been so excited. But I just need you to reign it in a little. Trust the process. You’ve proved what you can achieve at HHM. We just need to keep you injury free for a 12-16 week block and your times are going to tumble. But equally that desire to push too hard too soon needs to be reigned in otherwise you’ll keep finding yourself with a new setback and progress will be halted.
