Thank you for your continued support and your positivity. It was only 18 months ago I was convinced I was going to have to return to the work place with no real experience for the past 15 years. In fact I did take a job, albeit for 3 days.
Now here I am doing what I would describe as the best job ever. And it’s so good because I get to work with positive people like yourself. I truly am blessed.
So plan number 4. Let’s keep rolling. I’ve put down a template but to be honest it’s very flexible depending on your availability and which races you hope to do.
But the weekly schedule is very similar. Tuesday efforts, Thursday bimble and then long run on the Sunday. There will of course be lots of parkruns in there too and you can choose from circuits or pilates as your strength session.
In the last plan you averaged 81 training points per week. If we can hit 90 in this plan, then I think you will see a noticeable improvement. The target has actually been set at 99, so that leaves us some wiggle room.
But if you just keep showing up, then I’m confident you will be running well come the Spring.
The most important thing though is you keep enjoying your running as I know how important it has been for you. And the longer you are part of my team the better for myself and everyone else involved in the Orange revolution.
