Kate Lewis is a member of Hastings Runners and approached me to help her prepare for the Hastings Half Marathon. I didn’t know Kate beforehand but it’s been a pleasure getting to know her and she has shown real enthusiasm towards her training plan. It’s been wonderful to see Kate get more involved with the club. Attending track on a regular basis and doing her recovery runs with the group too. I’m confident that Kates previous experience and determination will see her achieve her running goals.
