I felt more comfortable keeping with Jack this week, and pushed on at about 3.5km.
Was definitely blowing the last km though 😆
This is brilliant. I think Wednesday must have given you a big confidence boost, knowing you can hit some fast paces. Really pleased for you. Congrats on the PB Jamie. What a week it has been.
