I like to think most of the time I’m a good predictor of how the team will perform. Occasionally someone will really surprise me. And I’ll be honest, this was one of those times.

I knew Lou was running well, but wow, what a performance here, helped by our good friend Kev, who’s pacing strategy is slightly different to mine (no watch needed), but it most definitely helped produce this incredible 90 second PB.

This was so well deserved after 15 consecutive weeks in the 100% club. Congratulations Lou, what a PB!
