This is a pretty easy race to describe as uses the same flat route that we run so regularly for Hastings parkrun. Starting at Grosvenor Gardens it’s a straight out and back with a turnaround point just past Hastings Pier.
Little in the way of race strategy needed for this one other than don’t go out too hard. The main challenge whenever you run along the seafront can be the wind, so factor that in to your predicted times or race goal.
