I love this woman. My first ever client helping me complete my coaching path to reach level 2 with England Athletics. With a little bit of encouragement she was slowly able to increase her mileage and build her endurance levels. With that came some improvements over 10K and shortly after the completion of her first training plan, Jacqueline (Jax) ran her quickest ever 10K time in the Hastings Seafront race #GOJAX Training plan 2 was also a success, tallying up 8 races to receive her Club Championship Award with Hastings Runners. Little did she know but the coaches also voted for her to win one of the Merit Awards, much deserved for her hard work. After a spell of illness in the winter, a new job and moving house, Jax current plan is just to maintain her fitness. When more time becomes available she hopes to improve on her race times.
