Really well done Philippa. It’s nice to see those improvements. We were definitely unlucky with the weather this weekend. I really feel like you’re enjoying your running at the moment which is so good to see. There is certainly the potential to increase the training load a little going forward if you wanted. Sub 60 mins I think is a very achievable target long term if you keep making those small gains. But definitely a good result here, one I am very happy with.
