Loved running with our Bimble group tonight. For me the pace was quite fast, 29:30 on my watch, really happy to get another sub 30, 5k.
Heart rate was only 25 minutes in the red this time so I must be getting fitter!
Stride length was .92 so slightly longer which is good. Completely forgot to lean back & keep the water in the bucket though 🙄
It was so nice to see you all running together and giving each other that support.
Another excellent time as well and signs are really positive right now. We just need to be a little careful in terms of the schedule as the 3 days on the bounce did add some risk.
It’s hard to focus on all form elements, but just having that knowledge can be powerful and prove a useful distraction when running gets tough.
