A really enjoyable evening as always at this one supporting a great charity. No timing so no pressure and nice just to run to the conditions. The first half I was not enjoying my trail shoes as I’d forgotten how little cushioning they have compared to my runners but once we got through Crowhurst and onto the flat grassy paths it was more comfortable and I could concentrate on where I was putting my feet. Came in in 49.07 so under the 50 minutes as well 👍
