That’s a good attitude to have. I think we probably both know you are capable of more, but equally that type of race doesn’t actually reflect what you’ve been training for. I’m in the same boat, we’ve been training for 5k, so to suddenly race a hilly 10 miler, it’s not what we’ve been preparing for. What it would have done is push our fitness to a new level given the challenge it presented so really well done and lots of positives to take.
