Well done Klare. Yeah I’ll be honest that was tougher than I remembered and the humidity added over 30 seconds to my time as well.
You looked strong at the end which is always a positive sign and a run like that will only improve your fitness further. So sometimes when we don’t quite hit our target or goal, it’s important to take the positives.
Plus what a lovely atmosphere pre and post race. I think that’s something to enjoy and realise why we run in the first place.
