The dreaded knee pain came back in class tonight 😩 I dropped everything to low impact but felt really upset to feel that niggle again. I’m going to book a massage & try to keep on top of it

Ah nuts. To be honest it’s unrealistic to expect to be able to train for an ultra without any pain somewhere. So fingers crossed it doesn’t get as bad as last time. But certainly keep on top of it and monitor the situation.
