Jax said your knee is swollen again. I think with your workload right now and Xmas, the next few weeks should just be a case of get the exercise done when you can. No pressure or expectations from me. Then when we hit the new year and your work eases off a bit we can look at a new plan and add the consistency back to your training which has brought you so much success this year. I’m not sure I’m meant to say who I voted for in the Merit Awards but you were one of my 6. Both for your running achievements this year and your work behind the scenes with the club.
