I think it will be a case of waiting to see and potentially mixing it up if need be. The best approach is Easy one day – hard the next. So you’re giving your body that chance to repair itself. If you’re long running Sunday, doing a hard session Monday and then Track/Circuits Tuesday it’s a big ask. So something might need to give. But let’s wait and see.
