Sue’s swapped it to moving round the gym. So like my circuit I did on Fridays but with all sorts of other stuff thrown in! All good all strength. It’s a real shame she can’t get more people she’s thinking of cancelling :(

Great work Lou. Does sound like a good session. I think Tuesday is just traditionally a run day for a lot of club runners and hence why it’s probably hard to attract people along to that kind of session. Plus competition these days for circuits is huge. Not only do you have the local gyms offering it for free to their members but then you have all the PTs like Adam Shaw, Chris Hawkes and now Rhys who do their own sessions.
