Lat Pull down 2 x 18 (35kg)
Shoulder Press 2×15 (17.5kg)
Chest Press 2×12 (40kg)
Bicep Curls 2×15 (12.5kg)
Tricep Dips 2×15 (6kg)

Sticking with both gym sessions this week but easing back on the running to have you fresh for Sunday.

RUNNER FEEDBACK

Cardio – good, Dead Bugs – comfortable, Hip Thrusts – good, Plank – last one was tough, Sit Ups – good, Seated Row – could not get on the the machine so used a combined Weighted Rower and Lat Pulldown machine, the Weighted Rower is a lot tougher but managed to complete the reps, if I use it again I will probably drop the weight to 40kg, Lat Pulldown – good, Shoulder Press – 1st set was very easy, 2nd one I had to dig in, Chest Press – tough but completed reps knock on from Weighted Rower, Bicep Curls & Tricep Dips – good.
