Hopefully now you are really starting to feel the benefits of the training. Stick to this routine with a little bit of progression and 2025 could be a big year.

That’s ok. If you do the at home stuff including the wheel of death that’s a good compliment to your running right now. I think a PT session is useful when you struggle with motivation but as long as you’ve got a well rounded routine to follow too, it’s probably not always necessary.
