I still feel like you’re in a really good place with the fitness despite the recent glute injury and that excites me for the spring races. Right now it’s all about consistency. The big races will soon roll around.

Missed session. I was really run down for a few days. I think all the traveling got the better of me. My whole body hurt boxing day. I figured I’d done lots of extra s&c on holiday and missing one pre race wouldn’t hurt too much
