RUNNER FEEDBACK

Don’t feel bad, no problem at all, with so many clients it must be hard when you’re dishing out sessions. S&C all done, I was missing Goblet Squats, so I added them in. No problems.

I’ve had a mare there. Goblet Squats will definitely appear in the next workout now. Yeah there will always be the odd mistake, normally I miss strides for a few runners. But I always double check have allocated sessions so it’s frustrating when I don’t pick up on them. The most important thing is you got them done though, so well done and thanks for reminding me (twice).
