RUNNER FEEDBACK

Had to change this. Home work out! As was in a rush! Press ups instead of chest press. 3 x 20 I have weights at home so a lot were done with weights. Actually think I worked harder at home! Really enjoyed changing it up! Glad I got it done!

That’s cool. To be honest I find home workouts can be just as effective and more time efficient too. Hence why I don’t bother with the gym. Although the biggest problem with home S&C is often motivation and getting started. But great work Jack. Another session ticked off.
