No worries. To be honest it’s an approach I am trying to adopt. Picking just half a dozen exercises (legs one day/core & arms the next) and trying to do 6 x 15 mins a week. Works out the same as 2 x 45 min sessions. It’s just a case of whatever works best for you really. Keep doing the same exercises though. Well done George.
