Great workout! Really starting to put the legs to work and discovering what exercises work best. My favourite at the moment is lateral box step ups, really helping the hips get stronger!

Nice, it’s definitely an area I can improve on myself and learn more about as a coach. But I appreciate some runners just prefer having that flexibility to try new things and do what they like in the gym. So I’m happy with that, just so long as anything new is sensible and progresses slowly.
