RUNNER FEEDBACK

Cardio – good, Dead Bugs – comfortable, Hip Thrusts – legs okay with these, Plank – 1st rep – fine, 2nd rep – pushed me, 3rd rep – got too 30 seconds so completed the remainder of the time doing Shoulder Taps, Seated Row – push me but also feel strong, Lat Pulldown – harder towards end of rep, Shoulder Press – pushed me, Chest Press – okay, Bicep Curls – good, Tricep Dips – could get hold of a 6kg dumbbell so used 7kg – tough but managed to complete the reps.
