RUNNER FEEDBACK

I did some strength at the gym and have been using my resistant bands. I had to miss the actual HITT class. Happy to have something to do at home next time I miss it.

COACH FEEDBACK

Well done Zen, I’ve created 2 S&C sessions on your plan. One you can do in the gym, one at home. If you can do a min of 1 a week, 2 would be awesome, then that’s great. Obviously the main concern at first is I don’t know your level right now. So when I’ve put reps/weights/time in there, don’t force yourself to hit those numbers. Instead do what you can and leave feedback so I can tweak the sessions and get them matching your current level.
