Yup. Smashed it out, they go quite quickly now but I still don’t like them! Managed 22 pullups today (10 + 12) so that’ll help on Sunday I’m sure… haha!

S&C sucks right? For me the benefit is the only opportunity I get to watch running You Tube videos or sports highlights on the big TV. Perhaps trying to find something that you accompany with S&C that you don’t do any other time of the week might change your mindset. All that said, great work on these Sam. You joke about pull ups but I remember when I was on point with my S&C running suddenly felt like a full body exercise rather than just my legs going quickly under my waist. That pulling action of the driving the elbows back was part of that 🤔
