RUNNER FEEDBACK

Box jumps are back. This time from a kneeling start. Mixing up plyometrics, flexibility and explosive 🧨 leg work. Probably looks stupid to everyone else but it’s my way of sticking two fingers up at the heavy-lifters, posers and doubters.
