😂 Great work Su. I think where cadence is concerned you should be quite excited that it’s as low as 161, because that means you have the opportunity to really change your running. The other change you could make going forward is run more on the grass. Boring as hell, but if it gives you longevity then one run a week on the grass could make a big difference. Tilekiln (the helipad) would be a good option for that. It’s something I might look to incorporate more into effort session in the summer months. If you recall I did start doing efforts at Sandhurst but sadly it just got too busy.
