Think I find the plank and wall sits the toughest of these exercises. Watched several of the tutorials to try and familiarise myself with some of the exercises I was less sure on.

Well done Sam, Let’s leave it as it is for a few weeks so you can get some practice on the technique, then if anything feels “too easy” then we can change the reps. The plan and Wall sits are tough exercises and you can feel the burn, especially in those last 15-20 seconds. That means you are making gains though which is great.
