Great work. I was actually thinking about my own struggles to improve of late (I don’t do S&C) and then thought about Steve Gates and Paul. Probably the two running at the peak of their powers right now. What do they have in common? They do the best S&C work, still only twice a week, but both are really consistent. For yourself I think if you keep doing these, with a few small adjustments there’s no reason why you can’t make some more gains with your times going forward. Well done Kieran.
