RUNNER FEEDBACK

Yep yep yep – all done. No probs. Only two sets of non-weight exercises felt super easy after doing 3 at my sister’s but adding back the weights made it a tough enough session. Did 2 x 15 of bent over rows by mistake but it felt OK.
