I feel like my hands are tied a little right now, which in truth is frustrating, but equally I’m still working hard to ensure you are as ready as possible for Bath whilst not making your injuries worse. Then once we tick that off, hopefully a reset of sorts to come up with a better long term strategy. I’d be keeping this light with lots of stretching for now. Change up days to best suit your schedule.
