RUNNER FEEDBACK

As I’ll be short of time tomorrow I did a session just now – the 3 sets of each non-weight exs as kettlebell not available. When at home tomorrow I could fit in my KB exercises as that should not take long – what do you think coach? All ok – but why did I decide a few jumping jacks might be beneficial??!! I don’t think they helped at all… must remember this game is called SimonSays and he did not mention jumping jacks ….
