Consistent Training

One of things you’ll notice with some of the better runners in your club or town is how consistent they are from one week to the next. This is a very important part of any training plan.

Turning up for that track session each week, making sure you complete your long run and maintaining a consistent weekly mileage will help you improve.

If you are adding extra mileage make sure you do it gradually. Consistency can play a big part in ensuring you stay injury free and achieve your goals.
