By all means use these training plans for your own benefit but all I would say is that every runner is different. I’ve worked with two runners of a similar age, targeting the same goal, but their training plans have been unique due to their running ability, time availability and what sessions they enjoy.
A bespoke training plan is far more likely to deliver the best results, give you the most enjoyment from your running and reduce the risk of injury.
Plus there is the accountability and ongoing feedback that should act as motivation to get out that front door on the days you are struggling.
