Stacey pulled out but this still felt like the right type of run for today… and I was really chuffed because after a clunky initial km I felt pretty good, and niggles were minor! Infact, my back seized up in the morning from a 20 year old cycling injury, and the run sorted it out! Really pleased to feel I may be getting back in the game!
