Firstly you did great. The effort was clearly there and I’m so pleased you had the insight to tweak that final rep rather than just stop. I must admit I found it very challenging, and it pretty much wiped me out for the rest of the day. I wasn’t very productive after that point 😂 It’s one of those sessions to move on and look forward to cooler conditions. Excellent work Andy, and thanks for the company.
