Well done Su. Just sounds like you had some issues this evening, which were out of your control, so I wouldn’t be too hard on yourself. You can long, took part, encouraged Jamie. It was quite a fast group tonight and I noticed that early on, which I think can sometimes add to the challenge, but you did better than you are giving yourself credit for. I think also at times, it’s good just to reflect on where and when you are in that moment, even if the running isn’t going as well as you might hope. A nice July evening in the park, it could be a lot worse right.
