Pleased with my Effort considering I completed the session without aproper warm up, I was puffing a bit.

Great work Mark. Yeah very unlucky the traffic was so bad but glad you were able to join us in the end. It worked out well that it was a big session (30 mins) as allowed you to still get a really good workout in.
