I think I was getting 9.20 on the 10k and 8.20 on the 5k which are both way off my current pace 🤣🤣🤣 but… in my defence I was able to run faster in the 5ks than the others that stretched out their 10ks we were all reflecting on it at the end! So I’m bagging that as a good effort! I was actually not feeling it early, was slipping into feeling a bit flat!

Based on my pace sheet you were around about the right pace for the 10k and then considerably under for the 5k, which is great. A really tough session that and lots of positives to take away. Sounds like you paced it really well in the fact you were able to significantly pick up your pace for the shorter reps. So excellent work Lou.
