Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy.

90 does the job and gets us to the 1100 load for the week. Keep it easy though with Sundays big session the key.

Pace a bit erratic in this one (partly due to the route having some gradual inclined and then descents), but averaged 5 mins and felt good. Not too strenuous; just an easy pace. Felt better for a day of rest yesterday too.

Glad you enjoyed it and it felt easy. Yeah when you hit those hilly parts I wouldn’t worry about pace, just focus on maintaining good form and keeping the effort low if possible. My hilly runs can be 30+ seconds slower on average per km, than a flat easy run. Great job though Ben.
