Simon – I’m so sorry to mess you about. I think it was a mistake to take on new exercises so late in the plan. Today I have done the full set of my old exercises. Maybe I should just continue with these as before. I’d like to sort the exercises so that those working the same muscle groups are done on the same day and I can probably check this for myself, then spread them over 3-4 days, when I’m between plans. I don’t want you to spend any more time on this as I know you are so busy. I’ve rescheduled my 5km efforts run to tomorrow and will do another full S&C again on Thurs. Hope that’s OK! All was fine this morning. A couple of your queries: I’m hoping to sell my house and move to a small place in the same area but it’s taking ages! As for the lemons, I usually make a pint of weak Ribena and add juice of one lemon so that does include some sugar. I reckon you could put lemon juice into a smoothie with no added sugar? I’ll keep experimenting!

That’s fine. Not a problem at all. I just wanted to float the idea. Perhaps in between plans just experiment a bit and find out what works best for you. Then when the time comes for the next plan we can discuss how best to incorporate them into the training. I hope you have some luck with the house sale and find somewhere ideal for you. Well done for getting the S&C done and no worries for switching the efforts either.
