Walk to Run 120-75 x 10

LOAD: 10

5 Mins Walk (RPE: 2)

120 Seconds of Running (RPE: 6-8)
75 Seconds Walking (RPE: 3)
x 10

5 Mins Walk (RPE: 2)

Sneaky, sneaky (Love Mr.Deeds). Longer running reps, shorter recovery. Keep making that progress! You can do this.

Wednesday at 11am! See you there 👋

Struggled a bit on a couple of the reps but walked for 5-10 seconds and then carried on. Was hard but felt really proud of myself afterwards.

This is epic. And a great strategy to get the reps done. You could easily have quit when you first walked, so really well done on having that positive mindset to keep going. That self pride is one of the best things that running can bring. It’s really important to bottle that and remember what it feels like. The point I want to reach in my own running is to feel such a great sense of pride at the end of a race that I just start crying. I’ve yet to do that, but came close lately. Awesome work Megan! Smashing it.
