XC is hard, but that also means it can be great for improving your fitness if you work at the right intensity.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Came in under the hour. 13 min faster than last year. Course 4.96 miles. So I think 58 .30 seconds is good for me considering the uneven ground and hilly course. Great comment from Paul Hope at the end about how good my running form was as I sprinted in and how strong I looked Very happy with my performance as a few seconds faster than 2017. So a PB for the course. I can’t believe it. 2017 was when I was at my peak.

I really love the way you are running right now. Not just the level but the improvement in your form. And obviously other people are taking notice too which is so pleasing to hear. Congratulations on such a good run and hopefully more where this came from over the the next few months. Awesome work Sue.
