That was a slog today legs felt heavy from the start and took a good 5mile to feel better, but got it done and it was nice to head out to tent hill for a change as I haven’t gone that way for some time.

We’ve obviously ramped up the volume a little in terms of the training so might take a few weeks to adjust to that. But important we monitor it and see how the legs feel. If it feels too much then we can reign it in a touch. It’s finding that sweet spot where you’re training well but also enjoying it. That’s important too and we don’t want to rock up to everyone run feeling tired as that won’t end up well.
