Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Keep this easy with the race only 7 days away. Nice and flat would be my advice.

I’ve done it and enjoyed it! Nice cool day, stiff breeze against as I headed towards Bexhill and that helped for the way back. It’s fun to run when there’s not much sun! Even had a couple of showers :o) All OK, just a bit of pain at back of legs but a hamstring stretch after half an hour of running helped. Feeling good!
